Carol Andrea Vásquez Restrepo

She was born in Bogotá, Colombia and studied advertising at the Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, then studied analog and digital illustration for two years at the Academia de Artes Fabula. In 2023 she travels to Argentina to take a postgraduate course in Professional Illustration at the Faculty of Design and Architecture of the University of Buenos Aires. His work is characterized by the intense chromatic charge in his color palette and the expression of his feelings through organic or abstract textures that emanate from his illustrations in each brushstroke. Since 2024 he explores the audiovisual image with analog devices in recitals or self-managed collective spaces.
