ADMISSION

For those interested in enrolling in the Professional Illustration Graduate Program at FADU/UBA, here are the steps to follow:

Complete the Letter of Intent

This is available from mid-October to mid-November each year. A qualifying degree and prior experience in illustration are required. The letter must include detailed information and images of your work. It can be found on our Linktree.

Receive Notification of Selection in the Cohort

Based on the received Letters of Intent, a selection process will take place to ensure that the needs of interested individuals align with what the graduate program aims to offer. A group will be formed prioritizing diversity and a foundational level of education from which to work. Additionally, admission will depend on the number of applicants since there is a maximum capacity. All individuals who have submitted a Letter of Intent will be notified via email once the final cohort has been determined, regardless of whether they have been accepted. Those who receive a positive response will be eligible to register at FADU.

Once selection is confirmed, contact the Graduate Studies Office to complete the institutional registration at FADU.

FADU GRADUATE STUDIES

Fees

Fees will be notified by FADU when they become available. Fees, scholarships, documentation for registration, and the validity of degrees are matters that depend exclusively on the Faculty.

Start of the Graduate Program

First week of April.
